Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of MapRankd's services, operated by Jeff Anderson ("we," "us," "our"). By using our services or buying a package, you agree to them.

What we do

We build and optimize your Google Business Profile and a one-page website, set up for search on Google, Bing, and AI search tools. The specific deliverables depend on the package you choose (Starter or Pro), as described on our website.

What you get

Starter is a one-time build: your Google Business Profile and one-page site, set up and optimized, delivered in 5 business days from when we have what we need from you.

Pro includes everything in Starter, plus ongoing monthly upkeep (posts, review replies, and tuning) for a recurring monthly fee. Pro continues until you cancel.

What we need from you

To deliver, we need timely access to your Google Business Profile and accurate information about your business. The 5-day timeline starts when we have what we need. Delays in getting us access or information will move the timeline.

Results

We use current best practices to help you get found. We do not control Google, Bing, or AI platforms, and we cannot guarantee specific rankings, placement, or results. Anyone who guarantees you a #1 spot isn't being straight with you. What we guarantee is the work: your profile and site built and optimized properly.

Google Business Profile and search results

MapRankd optimizes your Google Business Profile using current best practices. However, Google and other platforms control their own systems and decisions. You understand and agree that:

• We do not control and cannot guarantee search rankings, visibility, or placement.
• Google may suspend, restrict, or change any profile at its own discretion, for reasons outside our control.
• We are not liable for any suspension, restriction, loss of visibility, or other platform action regarding your profile or listing.
• You own and are responsible for your Google Business Profile, including any changes you or others make to it.

Payment

Payment is handled through Stripe. Starter is a one-time charge. Pro is a one-time setup charge plus a recurring monthly charge that continues until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize these charges.

Cancellation

You can cancel Pro at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, your monthly upkeep stops and you keep everything already built. We don't offer partial refunds for the current month, but you won't be charged again after you cancel.

Limitation of liability

Our total responsibility to you for any issue is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost business, or platform actions outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
